Bol Foods 'Quick Cook' - #MEALPOTS

Quick, delicious, wholesome meals ready just for you! #MEALPOTS

As you all know I'm completely addicted to the Bol Food Salad Jars, if you've not already give my review a read! Since then I've been lucky enough to have the fabulous team down at Bol Foods send me a few samples of their hot ranges. I absolutely love Bol's healthy 'quick cook' hot pots, like I said in my last review. I can't get over how good they are. Packed with wholesome, natural ingredients and each one is unbelievably tasty as it is nutritious. Perfect for when you've failed to meal prep but still meal filled with goodness.

Each one is inspired from dishes around the world from Singapore Noodles to Jamaican Jerk Chicken to Mexican Sweet Potato Chilli! Each one allows you to branch out your tastes buds veggies, vegans and meat lovers! So grab which ever you fancy pop it in the microwave, heat it up and enjoy!

Sri Lankan Lentil Sambar

With Spinach, tumeric roasted cauliflower, red lentils, coconut and basmati rice.

This one is by far my favourite it's packed with amazing Sri Lankan flavours and amazing textures! It's spicy but not too spicy meaning it's still ultimately delicious. The blend of the coconut and tumeric work perfectly, plus tumeric being my favourite spice, I couldn't not love it. It was incredibly warming, comforting and satisfying all the same time. Plus it contains 2 of your 5-a-day, along with being low fat and suitable for vegans & vegetarians.

Thai Coconut Curry

Basmati and black rice with red peppers, coconut cream, water chestnuts, lime leaves and lemon grass with a Red Thai Curry Sauce.

Flipping heck could that sound any yummier? This is the perfect Bol for any of you who love your curries. Packed with crunchy corn, sweet peas brought together with a heavenly spiced coconut sauce bursting with Thai flavours. It's brilliant for any of you who love a hit of spice along with a sensation of flavours.  Again this is another comforting dish, perfect for any quick lunch or dinner when you need some soothing goodness.

Singapore Vermicelli Noodles

Vermicelli noodles with red peppers, shiitake mushrooms, edamame beans, in a spiced sesame sauce.

This one is my ideal dish I have to say, I'm beyond a edamame bean addict. I love any meal with noodles and the spicy seasame sauce completes it perfectly making it ultimately delcious. It's perfect for when you're craving a cheeky take away but  still want lots of goodness and none of the bloat! It's light, healthy and bursting with lots of aromatic flavours all in one.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine

Moroccan spiced chicken, giant cous cous, roasted butternut squash, turmeric chickpeas and apricots.

Sadly I couldn't try this one as I'm a vegetarian, so mumma had to have it however from her reaction.... It was amazing! All you chicken eaters are in luck. It's warm a comforting, low in fat, contains 2 of your 5-a-day and full of protein. It has the right amount of spice balanced out with sweetness from the apricots which all comes together to give you a North African dish like never before. Put it this way mumma said she will certainly be getting more!
