WORK IT - Ab Blasting Pyramid

Happy bank holiday weekend! I hope you're having a good one and enjoying an extra day added to your weekend, it's always a bonus ey. 

I was so happy to see last week so many of you loving the quad workout. For anyone who gave it a pop, you better have felt them quads burn. This week under your request I have a 'Ab Blasting Pyramid' which is perfect to add to the end of any workout or for a quick ab burn this weekend. 

I love ab workouts in the form of pyramids. By performing the harder exercises with lower reps, working your way up a ladder of exercises while increasing the reps and back down again. It's a great addition to any workout and gets them abs popping! Be sure to give it a go and let me know what you think...
