As you know during my inspire me series I love to have a huge variety of different people on this blog. I love to show you all how each and every one of us, not just fitness related, live and balance our lives. I'm also showing you people who've massively inspired myself meaning hopefully they can then inspire you.

I'm really happy to introduce to you Dean, someone who has helped, supported and inspired me. Dean is a UK based photographer, an inside and out beautiful person and you can't help but love him! I love anyone who creates and shows a massive passion in what they do and Dean does exactly that. I grew up doing photography and art myself (yep once upon a time I was out to be an Art teacher, haha), so I really do appreciate how hard Dean works to create the amazing images he does. I'd actually love some of Deans work done for myself. He shows that if you strive and push hard enough for what you want you can reach and achieve absolutely anything you put your mind to.

I also love his view and perspective on life. I wanted to scoop into him and find out how he view balance and health, hopefully this can inspire you as much as Dean has inspired myself.

If you want to check Dean and his work out you can find him here:

1. What does being 'healthy' mean to you?

Being happy and feeling good!

2. How do you balance your work life/keeping fit & healthy?

I try to fit everything in around my work, a lot of my evenings are spent editing or trawling through emails so whenever I get a free moment I try to fit in a workout! I treat it as more of a release, a getaway if you will.

3. What keeps you motivated?

I surround myself with positive people and people I love!

4. What's your favourite meal of all time?

Give me any kind of pasta and i'm a happy dude.

5. Who inspires you?

I can't think of anyone in particular, but seeing my friends succeed keeps me motivated and my spirits high

6. What would you describe as the 'perfect' day?

Any day that I spend being happy and with people I love is a better day than any!

7. What 3 foods/ingredients could you not live without?

Pasta, chocolate and olives. Odd combination, I know.

8. What things do you like to do to stay active?

My work keeps me active when I'm on shoots. Other than that I like to longboard (skate) and occasionally surf!

9. What makes you happy?

Friends, family and photography.

10. Lastly, what is your favourite quote?

"You're only as good as the last picture you took." A quote from my very own uncle Graham! (Hahah) He has taught me everything I know about photography and gave me a push in the right direction to kick start my career.
